Don’t want to feel like a beached whale this winter break?
Here are my tips:
–STAY AWAY FROM: gluten, wheat, and dairy (these things tend to cause water retention or “bloating)
-stay away from added sugars (artificial sweetener is ok, some say it will most likely kill you but not make you fat)
-stay on the lower side of healthy carbohydrates, but don’t cut them out completely
-no carbs after 5 pm
–BE ACTIVE! (average steps for Americans is 10k a day)
-drink 3/4 of your body weight in ounces of water a day (non caloric beverages only)
