Are you drinking enough water?

There are usually a few signs that can help you figure this out, for instance, being dehydrated could lead to:

  • lightheadedness
  • dry skin
  • confusion
  • lack of energy
  • a feeling of “hunger”
  • yellow urine


So how do we fix this?

Everybody is different, as is everyones level of activity which also determines how hydrated one should be. Here are some tips on how to stay hydrated:


  • drink 1 bottle of water with each meal/snack you consume
  • carry a gallon of water
  • set a timer on your phone
  • replace most liquids you are drinking with water


Benefits of staying hydrated:

  • increase in energy levels
  • detoxification
  • satiation
  • muscle rebuilding/fueling
  • clearer thinking
  • clear skin


Lastly, if you just don’t like the taste of water or keep forgetting to drink it (mind-blowing considering how important it is) try this!:


  • set alarms on your phone
  • mark your gallon or water bottles with times along the side of it throughout the day of where you should be
  • infuse your water with lemon for fruit for flavor
  • use no calorie/no salt/no sugar powder flavor product
